Procedure for filing application: The Chairman of the Union Parishad will have to submit the application signed by the plaintiff. The name of the Union Parishad, name of the plaintiff, identity, residence, name of the defendant, identity, residence, the name of the defendant, identity, residence, crime, or the nature of the union, the nature and authority of the complaint or claim and the claim of remedy should be mentioned in the application. Rule-3)
Rejecting the application by the Chairman: When the Chairman of the Union Parishad rejects the application according to 1 sub-section 4, the application with the order will return the plaintiff (Rule-4).
Revision: Revision by the Chairman of the Union Parishad within 30 days of rejection of the application will be made to the Assistant Juror (Rule-5).
To register the case: To accept the application, the details of the Form No 1 will be written in the register and the number and the number of the cases will be written in accordance with the register (Rule-6).
Issue of summons and summons to the parties: After registering the application, the chairman will order the plaintiff to appear on the date and time and summon the defendant to appear on that date. The defendant will have to compromise the form in 2 and the summons should be made in 3 no. (Rule 8-9).
